We support expatriates and international companies with pre-hire orientation tours, home search assistance, school search, immigration, and settling-in services.
Our team in the Germany is expanding and we are now looking for a
RELOCATION MANAGER
In this role, you will provide relocation and immigration support to international transferees and their families, employed by global companies, and facilitate all aspects of their move to Germany.
Location:
Frankfurt/ Hybrid / Remote
What will you do
Planning, coordination, and timely implementation of all relocation services such as home search, settling-in, school search, immigration and departure
Providing professional support for customers and their employees throughout the entire process
Acting as the interface between our clients, their employees and families and our local relocation consultants or network partners in all administrative and organizational tasks
Ensuring a great customer experience leading to excellent customer satisfaction
Managing the whole process from order preparation to invoicing, invoice verification, feedback and completion of the order
Correct and consistent execution of client’s Scope of services and policy
What will you bring
You are customer oriented professional, ideally with experience gained in the relocation or global mobility industry
Enthusiasm for working in an international environment
Knowledge of the German rental market and immigration process would be an added advantage
A proactive approach and ability t make decisions independently
Cultural awareness and positive attitude
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Confidence working with MS Office programs and openness to learning additional software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Own international relocation experience would be great
