For our Distribution Center in Hamburg-Allermöhe we are looking for a

Data Analytics Specialist (m/f/d) in fulltime

WE DELIVER - YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for the data analysis of different sources and KPIs of our Customer Relations department
Data cleaning and preparation to ensure continuous data quality and accuracy
You will visualize and prepare the data in order to draw conclusions and suggest areas of improvement
Regularly communicate with your stakeholders within the business to understand their needs on improvement and updates to existing data sets
Translate the requirements to build these reporting tools or work with relevant teams according to agreed deployment schedules to make this data available
You will be included in overall projects in relation to data and systems

WE DREAM - YOU SHINE WITH

You have a data analytics or similar background with a minimum of 1 year of practical experience
You are curious person who enjoys data exploration and inference and to identify patterns by using sound knowledge of statistical methods
Your ability to visualize and present data in a graphical charts, graphs, maps or dashboards is supported by experience in analysis tools like Excel or WPS worksheets
Knowledge about CRM systems like Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud as well as Power BI or Tableau or QlikView are beneficial
Prior experience with SQL and Python or R would be a plus
Communication and collaborating with stakeholders is something you enjoy
Your attention to detail, a strong ability to plan and coordinate implementations as well as critical thinking stands out
You possess fluent verbal and written skills in English, any further language skills are an advantage
