The team have achieved great success over the past year and are looking to welcome new Recruitment Consultants to join the team and contribute to their impact. About the role:

As a recruitment consultant, you will be working with the top companies across the Automotive, Technology and Medical Devices markets, providing employment assistance and finding the top talent on the market to fill their vacancies. We specialize in providing a Business – to – Business service, hiring for third-party companies across the IT, Engineering and Technology sectors in Europe, providing professional employment assistance to external organisations. We are an international, recruitment consultancy, delivering unparalleled services for our clients and candidates. You will join the team as an "entry level" Recruitment Consultant. You will not be hiring internally for g2, as this is not an internal recruitment position.

Your profile

Based in Munich or looking to relocate within the next 3 months
Fluent in English and proficient/fluent in German
Bachelors Degree in a related discipline (e.g. Business Studies, Economics, Management)
Being proficient in German is highly desirable but not essential for the role
Educated to Masters degree level is also desirable but not essential
Ambitious with the drive to succeed and progress within a recruitment role
Confident personality
Excellent telephone manner (this is essential)

Salary + Commission

We offer a competitive basic salary with an uncapped commission structure on top of that leading to the chance to earn amazing OTE's:

Basic salary of €34,000 for candidates without a university degree, €35,000 for candidates with an undergraduate degree and €37,000 for candidates with a masters degree and B2 (minimum) German language proficiency
You will receive your basic salary, with an additional uncapped commission structure on top of that when you start placing candidates
You will also get the chance to increase your basic salary by €3,000 once you pass your probation
1st year consultants expected earnings are circa €45-55,000
2nd year consultants expected earnings are circa €75-€80,000
3rd year consultants expected earnings are €115,000+
