Tasks and Qualifications:
Your tasks:
- Define, align & implement Automated & Integrated Solution Service Strategy & Go-to-Market (in conjunction with ITS Brand Management & S&S Network)
Definition of commercial business model set-upDefinition of contract typesDefinition of spare parts strategy for automated solutionsResponsibility for change requests and their commercialization
- Set-up of 2nd and 3rd level support structure to operationally manage service contracts incl. software
- Define, align, implement & monitor Direct & Indirect FTE ramp-up of Automated & Integrated Solution Service capacities
- in line with Order Intake & forecast volumes (HQ & S&S Network)
- Develop, optimize & roll-out Automated & Integrated Solution Service support, tools, products & processes Support & upskill S&S network in customer consultation, quotation, implementation, delivery and invoicing of Automated & Integrated Solution Service business
- Optimize Automated & Integrated Solution Service commercial & support processes - through ongoing process analysis and in the spirit of continuous improvement
- Lead Automated & Integrated Solution Service team and provide first point of escalation
- Prioritize effective allocation of team resources & tasks to support Service Solutions, Brand Management & Regional business needs & in order to realize targets & objectives
- Drive Automated & Integrated Solution Service process standardization & optimization directly and via team members
- Drive Automated & Integrated Solution Service process adherence & best practice incl. identification of appropriate corrective action & implementation plan
- Integration & cross-functional alignment with other business areas & key stakeholders
- Provide cross functional consulting through deploying correct team skills in support of overarching business needs & priorities
- Participation in selected business / IT projects where Automated & Integrated Solution Service business should be considered/representedInterfaces:

Your qualifications:
- Ideally degree/diploma qualified or with demonstrable experience (min 5 years) working in a similar role
- Automated & Integrated Solutions commercial experience essential
- Automated & Integrated Solutions technical expertise beneficial
- Confident leadership, project management and communication skills are essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Capable of communicating verbally with the ability to express themselves clearly and professionally to peers and senior people, both internally and externa
