Emerging transportation platform services is redefining the EV charging market for fleets, including autonomous driving fleets, transit bus agencies, and municipal and private fleets. We are building the next level of a comprehensive service, taking complete ownership and control of the charging infrastructure, the scheduling of the vehicles, the cloud platform, and the utility meter – in order to provide the highest availability and resilience in the market. In this way, we will accelerate the adoption of electric-powered fleets by optimizing the delivery of power and making refueling seamless and efficient.
As Energy as a Service Product Manager for Energy Management in eMobility segment, you will be responsible for building out the Energy services as part of our portfolio of managed services.

What part will you play? - As part of the global portfolio team, you will develop Energy as a Service product and offering related with transportation fleet electrification sector
- You will take the lead in defining and executing the product roadmap for energy Management in transportation fleet electrification, with a focus on energy cost optimization with fleet electrification
- You ideally do have already or will develop a deep understanding of utility and energy market regulations and policies and incorporating them into product strategy
- You are responsible for the development and implementation of new business models that leverage energy and carbon footprint offset as key drivers. You develop grid services as additional revenue stream
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch
- You actively seek information about the market & technology developments, participate in fairs & customer meetings, work collaborations with Utilities and energy businesses to identify synergies and partnership opportunities
What you need to make real what matters. - You hold a master’s degree as electrical engineer or industrial engineer, ideally in combination with an MBA or comparable education
- You have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Energy market, with a focus on energy management or related fields, ideally in the energy utility sector (generation and distribution)
- Your skill set should include strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with experience of developing and successfully implementing new business models
- You possess a proven track record of operational success of energy market related business model
- Additionally, you gained experience with regulatory frameworks and policies related to utility and energy markets
- You feel comfortable in fast moving, innovative & dynamic market and technology environment
- In addition, you have a good understanding of business modelling and how to operate in an ecosystem
- You have worked in international cooperations; traveling internationally is not an obstacle; 20% travel to be expected in that role
- Besides being fluent in English, speaking another European language would be an advantage
- Your ability to present to partners, customers, and internal stakeholders is a clear requirement
