For our Proposal & Project Management Identity Documents department, we are looking for a

Proposal & Order Manager Identity Documents (m/f/d)

at the Munich or Berlin location.

Your main tasks:

Processing of international tenders for ID - Projects in the area of government business
Preparation and being responsible for quotations, including all service descriptions and their associated documents as well as the quotation calculation in the role of the proposal manager
technical and partially commercial processing of the customer order in cooperation with sales, specialist departments and suppliers
Taking over the sub- and/or project management of these ID orders, also in cross divisional solution projects
Technical advice to internal and external customers on printing technology and security features on the various ID documents
Supporting sales in customer consultations in Germany and abroad as well as independent execution of product releases in production facilities, also in the presence of the customer
one-time or recurring special tasks in the context of the creation of price lists, reports, forecasts, offer templates and the processing and resolution of complaints

Your profile:

Successful degree in industrial engineering or printing engineering or as a printing technician with a previous relevant commercial training, or comparable
in-depth knowledge of order processing as well as the preparation of offers, calculations and technical specifications
practical experience in international project management
Export knowledge would be desirable
Confident handling of all common MS Office applications, good SAP knowledge is an advantage
very good spoken and written language skills in English, ideally in German; other languages are an advantage, e.g. Spanish, French or Arabic
Team orientation and high level of commitment
a high degree of independence as well as a goal-oriented and self-responsible way of working round off your profile
