Your Job

• Supporting various specialist teams in their daily tasks within IT project management (e.g. documentation and reporting of work results, support request handling, research, appointment/meeting management)
• Preparing project documents and decision papers
• Assisting with the creation of new concepts and optimisation of processes
• Collaborating with national and international colleagues as a fully integrated team member

Your Profile

• Degree with a focus on information technology or business administration
• Passion for IT and confident use of the standard MS Office applications
• Good English language skills to enable collaboration with international and national colleagues
• Exceptional level of commitment and team spirit, as well as interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and the ability to learn quickly

• Initial relevant practical experience in the areas of IT and project management (e.g. Scrum, Jira)
