PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION

Cocreate and drive Brand Moment (Football) project plans together with Global Project Team.
Provide strategic, operational, process and organizational management to superior and team.
Drive day to day business in the respective unit, provide ad hoc support on operational topics to superior and team and work on unit specific projects. Run an efficient head office and ensure a smooth communication flow between your unit and other Business Units & Functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Projects

Support the creation, execution and completion of the Brand Moment (Football) project plan.
Steer projects and ensure deadlines and targets are successfully achieved. Work closely with superior, team and departments involved making sure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.
Effectively coordinate people and resources.
Manage and coordinate projects briefs and assignments as requested/directed by superior.

Presentations

Create compelling presentations
Ensure consistency, flow and high quality of presentations

Head Office

Ensure an efficient head office
Assist your superior in all administrative tasks and duties (i.e. calendar management, meeting organization)
Optimize departmental efficiency

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Four year degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of one year experience in project management or related work area ideally within the adidas Group
