The Central Division Global Real Estate and Services is responsible for the management of the Reinsurance Group's corporate real estate worldwide. We deliver innovative solutions and services for the modern working environment that meet the requirements of our partners across the business globally.
We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our lively, professional and interdisciplinary Resource Steering team on a part-time basis (minimum 18 hours per week).

Your Job

• Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements
• Conduct risk assessments, monitoring and reviews
• Perform norms management
• Carry out targeted communication and training

Your Profile

• University degree in law, business administration or equivalent, with at least 2 years' professional experience in compliance
• Independent, structured work style; accuracy and reliability
• Experience of managing business projects
• Team player with a high level of self-motivation and drive
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
