Job brief

We are looking for a Minijobber as Office Cleaner (m/f/d. Part-time) to keep our offices, pantries and toilets clean. We have a cleaning company once a week but need more frequent checking and cleaning.

Responsibilities

Daily cleaning of:

Office pantry

Staff lunch room

BoardRoom

All toilets

Daily refilling of coffee, tea, sugar, milk and Müsli. Informing Office Manager if supplies are running low.

Weekly cleaning of

All coffee machines

Offices including our 3 offices in the warehouse

Refrigerators

Showers

Quarterly cleaning of all kitchen cabinets

Informing Office Manager about broken equipment or pests

Requirements and skills

Fluent in either German or English are a prerequisite.

Come to the office for 10 hrs a week

Ideally Monday to Friday, for 2 hrs each day

Or 3x a week, for 3.5 hrs each day

We are flexible, cleaning can be done between 7 am to 5 pm.

Good communication skills.

Attention to detail.

Willingness to learn.
