For our Animal Health business we are looking for a Sales Force Optimization Manager.
Tasks & responsibilities - As Sales Force Optimization (SFO) Manager, you will define the global vision and strategy for best criteria and framework to achieve sales force optimization objectives with the main objective of enhancing commercial excellence (CE) with BI through respective capabilities.
- You will ensure the implementation of responsible capabilities & standards in line with the overall CE strategy implementation in collaboration with the regions & (R)OPUs.
- With your expertise, you will guide and strategically support the development of data & platforms on strategic decisions on global, regional, and local level for target groups, channels, and content.
- You will manage respective stakeholders including communication of vision, objectives, processes, projects, roles, and responsibilities. Ensures appropriate on-boarding of local, regional, and corporate stakeholders communication of insights to sales reps, business partners, and the SFO and SFE team.
- In addition, you will establish, monitor, and share the process and platform performance measurements with the respective corporate, regional and local stakeholders.
- Using an on-site cross-functional workshop approach, you will lead and participate in SFO projects with focus OPUs.
- Finally, you will ensure and optimize standards for local and global sales reports & ad-hoc requests.
Requirements - Master's degree in Business Administration/Economics or Natural Sciences with proven experience in the management of field force structures
- Several years of operational experience in commercial effectiveness animal health/pharma business processes and activities
- Several years of experience in change management, including communications, training and guidance, leadership engagement and change network management
- Strong project and process management skills, experience leading project teams and developing business cases, plans, scope definition and presentations
- Demonstrated ability to define business processes and standards, implement technical tools/solutions, design training curriculum, manage data, all while ensuring requirements, risk mitigation and compliance
- Ability to negotiate and influence across a matrix & cross-functional organization
- Fluent in English; further language skills are beneficial
