Development Engineer/Technician in the field of series support in Penzberg in München bei Rheinmetall Technical Publications GmbH

As an interface between development and production in aeronautical operations as well as project management, you will support all projects and products during series production readiness, especially in the area of change management. Our unmanned reconnaissance systems (including LUNA NG) offer you an exciting product environment in which you can contribute and develop your expertise.

Your tasks:

• Creation of plans and construction documents in EPLAN or SolidWorks, for development, series and qualification samples as well as for test equipment.
• Transfer of construction documents into the PLM system and execution of release processes
• Supervision of change processes with regard to product changes, obsolescence and product improvements
• Ensuring quality aspects in the manufacturing documents
• Cooperation and interface management with internal specialist departments and occasionally with external service providers and authorities

• Completed studies in mechatronics, electrical engineering, information electronics, or technical training in these fields with further training as a technician or comparable
• Distinct awareness of quality and deadlines
• Analytical, structured and conceptual thinking and approach
• Good knowledge of CAE systems (EPLAN P8 or SolidWorks desirable)
• Ideally first experiences with the application of common PLM systems
• Ability to work in a team, self-reliance, high level of initiative and independent working style
• Good written and spoken German as well as English skills
