Your responsibilities:

Responsibility for environmental, health and safety management for all Kontron Europe GmbH sites
Cooperation and coordination with the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department of Kontron AG and responsibility for local implementation
Maintenance and further development of the integrated management system
Carrying out environmental impact assessments and risk assessments
Content responsibility for various sustainability rating platforms
Planning, conducting and following up internal and external audits
Support of internal and external (authority) inspections
Preparation of the Management Review
Collaboration in cross-departmental projects for process optimization
Motivation and training of employees on the topics of environment, quality, CSR, etc.

Your qualifications :

Successfully completed studies in the field of environment, energy, resource management or comparable education
Qualification as a quality management/environmental management auditor and/or other certification in the field of environmental management
Knowledge of current ISO standards and environmental regulations
Knowledge of current regulations in the area of sustainability and CSR
Independent, structured and proactive way of working
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English
Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
