Working Student - Operations Management in München bei Flix SE

We're looking for a motivated and driven Working Student – Operations Management (m/f/d) who is eager to develop their skills within our Flix familiy!

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• Be part of the Operations team DACH.
• You support the team in analyzing customer satisfaction data and optimizing the quality of the FlixBus network in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• You help to develop and implement quality assurance standards.
• You are responsible for keeping, evaluating and optimizing statistical quality records as well as analyzing quality deviations at bus partners.
• You assist in the definition of potential measures in case of quality deviations.
• You communicate with related departments on all quality issues, in particular with Operations and Business Development.
• You are in close contact with and report to the Head of department.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• You are a currently enrolled Bachelor or Master student in Quality Management, Traffic Management, Tourism, or a similar program, preferably with an international orientation.
• You are business fluent in German and English. Any other additional language is a plus.
• You have analytical skills and possess good problem-solving skills
• You are focused on details and motivated to dive deep into data to draw the right conclusions.
• You are self-reliant, reliable and conscientious.
• You have a sound knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point.
• You are communicative, engaged, and flexible..
