As a Business Development Consultant - Consultative Sales, you will be an integral part of the Sales Consultancy Team and will drive the execution of the company’s Sales and Marketing Strategies globally. If you have hands-on experience in modern pre-sales activities within FinTech and an in-depth knowledge and understanding of technology-based Wealth Management platforms, then don`t hesitate to apply for this role.
Support the sales process by mainly focusing on early stages like prospecting follow-up, discovery/need analysis, value proposition in close collaboration with the Markets.
Prepare and confidently deliver effective presentations to demonstrate the value added of additiv’s products and solutions.
Organize and conduct tailored product demonstrations using storytelling and business moments techniques.
Contribute on RFI/RFP responses.
Help to manage the sales lifecycle in the CRM system and further enhance sales analytics capabilities.
Act as operational link between Markets and R&D/Product Management teams.
Deliver sales enablement and product specific training sessions to our partner network.
Actively drive internal initiatives that increase the operational excellence in Consultative Selling.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Business/Finance.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Pre-Sales/Consultative Selling activities for software products to Banking industry (SaaS sales experience to banks and financial institutions would be a plus).
Solid knowledge and practical experience in the fundamentals of pre-sales activities such as discovery/need analysis, value proposition, effective presentation.
Confidence in presenting to wide audience and C level representatives.
Self-starter, team player, structured and willing to own initiatives, activities and tasks end-to-end.
Knowledge and understanding of Financial Services and/or Wealth Management industry.
German and English speaking is a must, any other language (French, Italian, Spanish) will be a plus.
