Who we are looking for...
You are a communication talent and organization is one of your greatest strengths. You enjoy being involved in various projects and working on them independently and conscientiously. With your power and enthusiasm for implementation, you actively support our Executive Team & General Manager in various matters and are thus an indispensable person who holds the house together.
What your responsibilities are...
- You act as a contact person between the General Manager, the Executive Team, colleagues, guests and external partners or suppliers
- You manage the calendars of the executives and coordinate meetings
- You take care of travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
- You settle expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or yearly reports
- You handle various orders for the hotel and
- You are responsible for the preparation of information for internal and external communication, such as e-mails, presentations and reports.
- You take minutes of meetings/meetings
- You take care of the entire office management of the hotel
- You take care of our guests' concerns with pleasure and professionalism and process guest reviews
That's what we want from you....
- You have relevant work experience as an Executive Assistant - within the hotel industry would be a plus, but career changers are also very welcome
- You have a fantastic appearance, are charming and convince with your professionalism
- You are a professional in Microsoft Office applications
- You are a communication talent with very good German and English skills
- Your winning demeanor, can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
- Your enthusiasm to share your knowledge with the team and trainees is contagious!
