Your responsibilities
- You design and harmonise global HR services, products and processes for a people-friendly HR strategy at all stages of the employee lifecycle in newly created units outside the Group's core markets
- You have knowledge of onboarding and offboarding, compensation & benefits, rules & regulations and payroll
- You recognise best practices worldwide and define standards and concepts for the further implementation of uniform HR standards
- Project management without hierarchies within all HR functions and dialogue at eye level with the HR business partners and managers involved
- Responsibility for the general quality assurance of international HR services and the converted processes (governance model, internal control framework, other company quality standards, KPIs)
- Business analytics and stakeholder management (in particular legal, tax, accounting, real estate management and IT)
- Monitoring of external service providers (in accordance with Uniper-specific requirements)
- Research on country-specific characteristics in personnel matters and integration into the Uniper environment
- Management / monitoring of change management and communication activities for all stakeholders and the HR service organisation at all locations
Your profile
- Degree in HR, business administration, engineering, organisational development, project management or comparable degree
- Several years of experience in an international environment and complex challenges
- Good general understanding of HR processes and internationally active companies
- High level of personal responsibility and initiative as well as a strong service orientation
- Basic knowledge/understanding of common HR systems (e.g. SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors) and ideally a high affinity for IT
- Very good communication and networking skills as well as very good English skills
