As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in my client’s Workday implementation project. Collaborating closely with HR and IT teams, you will lead the way in configuring and implementing efficient Workday solutions for specific modules. Your expertise will ensure the successful integration of Workday into their HR ecosystem, enhancing overall efficiency and delivering maximum value to their global user base.

Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of Workday modules, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing HR systems.

Provide expert support to global users, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and offering top-notch solutions to maximize productivity.

Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and compliance within the Workday system.

Deliver comprehensive training sessions to HR and end-users, empowering them to make the most of Workday’s features and functionalities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes and workflows, streamlining operations and enhancing overall system efficiency.

Stay updated on Workday releases and industry best practices, making proactive recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Workday Consultant, with a track record of successful Workday module implementations.

Extensive knowledge of Workday HCM and related modules, possessing the expertise to configure and troubleshoot effectively.

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with a focus on data integrity and compliance.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, and other stakeholders.

Ability to provide expert guidance and support to global users, ensuring a smooth and seamless Workday experience for all.

A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest HR technology trends.

English language skills.

Flexibility to travel to the office in the Munich area at least 2 days a week.
