WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:
The Global PR assistant role sits within the HQ PR team and will work in close relationship with the Marketing department as well as the regional PR teams. You will have a key role in developing RIMOWA’s image through press features, influencer giftings and product placements in movies and TV series.
The position will be temporary for 1,5 years.
YOUR TASKS:
- organizing and distributing press material, such as press releases and visual assets
- keeping track of daily global press across print, web, and social media
- clipping the daily global press highlights in close cooperation with our global teams and agencies
- supporting the creation and update of global press material, such as lookbooks and gift guides
- supervising and analysing the global press tool results (e.g. Trendkite, DMR etc.)
- creating presentations and reports for the management
- o Support with the organization of VIP/press gifts
- packing & shipping of PR products including the coordination of shipping papers and proforma invoices
- supporting the sample trafficking for product placement requests (editorials/film productions)
- handling of product returns & maintenance of inventory
- helping to host press guests on campus and during global press events
- Completed studies or relevant training in the field of communication, PR or marketing
- young professionals are welcome
- Knowledge of the media landscape and interest in current trends and developments
- Fluent German and English skills are mandatory
- International mindset, curious and open-minded
- Creativity, flexibility and enthusiasm for the PR industry
