StarPower Europe is the European branch of the Chinese StarPower Semiconductor Ltd, a leading company in
the design and manufacture of standard and customized IGBT/MOSFET modules, for applications in the areas of
inverters, motor drives, welding machines, inductive heating, UPS, EV and renewable energies. With offices in
Nurenberg, Germany and Cadenazzo, Switzerland, we are well placed to meet the growing needs of the European

Your Job

Work with StarPower Headquarters in China
Quarterly visits to China and close exchange with Chinese colleagues.
Lead customer-driven quality development projects both nationally and internationally
Develop concepts and measures to ensure quality-related customer requirements are met from project

initiation to SOP

Be point of contact for all European quality management queries
Coordinate and support customer audits at our production site in China
Record all customer-relevant Quality Management themes via international databases, customer B2B

portals and statistical evaluations.

Define specific measures within the StarPower team to ensure optimal delivery conditions at production sites

Your profile

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable position, preferably within a large industrial or automotive

industry leader

Masters’s level degree in Engineering or equivalent
Fluent in English (knowledge of a Chinese language an advantage)
Ability to work independently
Preparedness to travel across Europe and to China
