Our Team:

External Manufacturing API OHI is an organization that trades active ingredients, purchasing from external suppliers in order to supply these APIs to our in-house plants or CMO facilities worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure the management of a supplier’s portfolio and their associated customers

• Ensure the supply of the products concerned in compliance with good distribution practices, Sanofi Opella's internal policies and the agreements in force with the supplier/manufacturer.

• Collect and analyze each customer's forecasts from different demand management tools.

• Establish monthly supplier schedules on the required date.

• Prepare, send and follow up on corresponding purchase orders to the supplier, in accordance with contractual commitments.

• Actively collaborate with the EM API Quality and Regulatory CHC team in order to obtain the best overview of the portfolio, active participation in Change control meetings

Ensure proactive and appropriate communication.

• Contribute to a harmonious relationship with third-party API providers, and implement with other EM API CHC members all actions to secure the supplies of our sites.

• Maintain close communication with Customer Service for shipments.

Indicators

• Ensure and monitor supplier service levels

• Analyze and report KPIs on the EM API Dashboard on a monthly basis

Identify the best course of action in any crisis situation with line Manager

• ensure proactive and appropriate communication with all relevant parties

• Manage Tracking of any subject until Closure

Participate in the team's continuous improvement process through SMS initiatives, share best practices within the EM CHC

• Day-to-day management of the generic mailbox, and alert or escalation if necessary

• good maintenance of shared spaces, etc

• Reduction of the number of emails through different communication initiatives

About you

• Human and interpersonal skills:

  • Leadership, autonomy, strong team spirit and networking

  • Transversal management skills, good negotiation skills. Good organization, rigorous, calm and results-oriented.

• Business and technical skills:

  • SAP, demand management tools (Rapid Response Kinaxis) and a good knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus

• Education: Master's degree in Supply Chain, Planning & Demand Management

• Languages: Fluent English is mandatory
