Duties

• Utilize supply and logistic support systems for management of supply records.
• Verify and record serial numbers upon receipt of goods.
• Ensure agency support requirements are submitted to the appropriate office for the purchase of supplies and equipment.
• Serve as property custodian maintaining a perpetual inventory of non-expendable property and supply records for durable items.
• Assist in monitoring safety programs to ensure compliance with program requirements of the agency and the supporting military installation.
• Assist Area and District personnel with physical security inspections to ensure adequate security measures are in place and adhered to.
• Set or revise stock levels for authorized items available through the supply system.
• Ensure all supply transactions are recorded in an automated system and that copies of documents are filed appropriately.

• Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Requirement.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship required.
• Direct deposit of pay is required.
• One year trial or probationary period may be required.
• Appointment subject to a suitability/fitness determination, as determined by a background investigation.
• This position requires a Tier 1 (T1) investigation with Childcare Checks since its duties require interaction with children and youth under the age of eighteen (18) years of age.
• You may be required to sign a transportation agreement.
