Reporting Analyst (m/f/d)

We want you to:

Assist the team in becoming the Centre of Excellence for all key profit drivers within the organization
Establish an effective reporting process and structure for the area of Price & Volume Planning
Monitor and report on Genesis models (including volume, price, option take rates, PT and trim mix) in detail to ensure the accomplishment of business objectives
Monitor and report competitor actions (related to price, volume, mix etc) and industry developments across Europe
Identify and track market trends that can affect mid to long term planning strategies
Contribute to the overall achievement of targets within the team
Support other team members providing assistance with daily tasks

About you:

University degree in Business Administration/ Economics or relevant field, or equivalent Apprenticeship qualification
Minimum of 3 years work experience in related function, preferably in the automotive industry
Solution oriented with a focus on solving business problems with an entrepreneur mind-set
Strong analytical and strategic skills, with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
A critical thinker with exceptional organizational skills and an extraordinary attention to detail
Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks
Strong interest in the automotive industry, with a curious mindset and a keen interest in current automotive trends, such as electrification, autonomous driving and mobility
Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
Experience working with BI analytical tools, preferably Tableau or Power BI, as well as solid understanding of data architecture
Familiarity with industry market intelligence tools such as JATO, IHS etc, advantageous
Fluency in English language; any other language is an advantage
