New established Network Operations Certified International Specialists (CIS) Learning Center is seeking for Welcome Desk Assistants f/m/d based in Schkeuditz/Germany to be a part of our global network as a member of the Network Operations Management Team, could this be you?
YOUR TASKS
- To manage the daily operations of the Network Operations CIS Learning Center, focusing on the seamless booking of training rooms, delivering outstanding user experience, and maintaining structured processes.
- Embodies a welcoming spirit, providing guidance to attendees and ensuring effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure that all activities run smoothly and efficiently, reflecting the high standards of the Learning Center.
- Ensure that all logistical arrangements are planned and executed meticulously.
- Balance responsibilities, manage communication across various stakeholders, and maintain a welcoming environment that upholds the CIS values.
- Manage the booking of training rooms according to the implemented system/process.
- Maintain and organize the inventory of the storage room, ensuring resources are available and up to date.
- Implement and adhere to the 5S principles within the Learning Center, including process setup and communication in storage, classrooms, lounge area, reception, and multimedia studio.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facilitators, trainees, and other stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist learners with any inquiries or issues they may have during their visit to the Learning Center.
- Organize catering services for training sessions and events as required, ensuring timely and quality service.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and feedback.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance the Learning Center’s operations.
WHAT YOU BRING
Completion of secondary school.
1-3 years of experience in a relevant field, reception, or administrative support role, demonstrating efficiency and organizational skills.
Additional coursework or certifications in office administration, customer service, or related fields.
Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, showcasing a welcoming and helpful attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with booking and scheduling software.
- Able to use procurement tools such as GET to procure materials and training resources.

Proficient English and German language skills are required. Spanish language skills are an added value.
