Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
