Support organizational transformation: Work on all aspects of the organizational transformation with a focus on organizational design and enablement. Help manage the cultural shift towards an agile mindset, addressing resistance and fostering an environment of innovation and flexibility.
Prepare management decisions: Enable efficient and effective decision making by gathering and structuring information from across the organization and preparing presentations, reports and decision documents.
Drive project success: Ensure a good setup and great execution of strategic unit-specific or cross-divisional initiatives by taking on project management responsibilities.
Be trend-conscious: Make us aware of the latest trends and approaches in modern ways of working, approaches to communication and collaboration.
What will help you to succeed
A degree that has prepared you well for a complex role in a process- and business-intensive technology company, e.g. in economics, business informatics or law.
Previous experience in a similar role, a trainee program, or challenging internships. Highly relevant areas include project management, product management, product marketing, ideally in the financial industry.
An energetic and positive mindset with a high level of commitment and a can-do-attitude. Drive and motivation to challenge the status quo for a better tomorrow.
Empathy to meet colleagues where they are with the ability to get them excited about our plans for the future.
While German is a big plus, excellent English is a must. Good knowledge of common tools such as MS Office or Miro is required.
