Position Overview:
The Food Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in managing assigned resources to meet customer needs and drive sales of GEA Food New Machines products. Reporting to the FHT Head of Sales, this position

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for new machine sales within the assigned product group or application cluster in the country.

• Detail and implement the country sales strategy for new machines within the assigned cluster.

• Drive revenues through effective sales planning, forecasting, and meeting customer needs, achieving revenue targets of €7 million.

• Collaborate with the Division to develop and enhance the product portfolio.

• Manage multiple applications within the Food BU, practicing appropriate prioritization.

• Promote the "GEA" vision through a coordinated approach to sales across the entire organization.

• Embrace and implement innovative approaches and modern new machines products and theories.

What education, knowledge and experience do you need?

• University degree in one of the main Engineering fields

• Minimum of 5 years relevant sales customer service experience.

• Proven their advanced understanding in the Food Businesses, customer relationship management and market development.

• Strong capital equipment or service sales experience in Food Business.

• Familiarity with GEA service offerings and local market requirements of different customer groups.

• Excellent communicator, written and verbal.

• Capable of implementing strategic new machines sales plan.
