Our Oilfield-Services-Digital-Team works with our business to provide intelligent, connected technologies. We develop and maintain applications and tools for our internal customers for data acquisition, data processing and visualization. We collaborate with development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, and geoscience, to develop innovative firmware and application software.

As Manufacturing Engineer (d/f/m) you will be responsible for cutting-edge projects engaging in diverse projects spanning industries in the energy field, where your expertise will directly impact groundbreaking innovations. You will collaborate with a team committed to pushing the envelope in manufacturing technology, driving efficiency, and sustainability through inventive manufacturing methodologies.

As a Manufacturing Engineer (d/f/m), you will be responsible for:

• Supporting new suppliers during first article production, act as focal point and lead communication between internal functions and external suppliers

• Estimating supplier quotes for cost, lead time and carbon emission impact

• Evaluating specifications, designs and manufacturing processes to drive cost saving potentials

• Executing of cost structure analyses and determination of should-costs, based on technology scouting and knowledge of the supplier base

• Leading cost discussions with design engineering, purchasing, external partners, customers and suppliers

• Participating in and conduct cost analysis and workshops with suppliers and customers

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have successfully completed your studies in mechanical engineering

• Have experience in manufacturing engineering or design engineering

• Have a structured way of working including a high self-motivation to work in a globally operating disciplinary team

• Have good oral and written English skills and interest in working with other cultures.
