International Settlement Documentation and Guarantee Operation Specialist
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) Frankfurt Branch was established in June 1999, which holds the universal bank license of Germany and is a correspondent bank for first class clearing of Euro and a member of the Target2 and SEPA of the Euro Clearing System. ICBC Frankfurt Branch is also the Euro Clearing Center of ICBC Group.
As International Settlement Documentation and Guarantee Operation Specialist, you will be working in Operation Management Department.
International Settlement Documentation and Guarantee Operation Specialist (m/f/d) Full-time Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany (on-site) Duties and responsibilities: - Centralized processing of international settlement business (guarantee, international settlement, trade finance etc.) and the technical reviewing, in accordance with basic legal compliance knowledge.
- Write the relevant system’s optimization requirements of OPS management. Follow up the relevant system upgrade and version tests, update system operation manual.
- Acceptance of customer applications from marketing or Front-office, and doing relevant system operation.
- Operation and manual book keeping of the guarantee, fee calculation and related changes in system.
- Product management of the international settlement, trade finance and guarantee. Continuous improvement of the work manual and workflow.
- Monitor up to maturity or repayment.
Qualifications and skills: - Ideally bachelor/master in International Economics and trade or strong academic background with e.g. CDCS and CFA, FRM charter holder.
- At least 3 years’ working experience as international settlement business/relationship manager with an internationally recognized financial institution.
- Strong social and communication skills, team spirit and professional appearance.
- Ability to think strategically and to lead.
- Proven record of excellent English writing skills in financial and industry reporting is mandatory, Chinese knowledge would be an advantage.
- Willingness to take responsibilities.
