EVENTMANAGER (F/M/D)

About the position

• Independent and self-responsible conception, planning, implementation and follow-up of events and activities (analog/hybrid/online)
• Responsibility for (digital) invitation management
• Event controlling - budget planning and post calculation
• Creation of the event design and selection of the equipment for an appealing atmosphere for the best possible visibility of the PSI Metals brand
• Cooperation with advertising and media agencies
• Collaboration in the implementation of campaigns in the B2B environment

Job Requirements

• A degree or training in event management or a comparable qualification
• Demonstrated experience in event planning and execution
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative event formats
• The expertise to work in a solution-oriented manner and to react quickly to unforeseen events
• You are a team player at heart, can work under pressure and have organizational skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Ideally Adobe and MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint)
• Experience with email marketing desirable
• Willingness to travel at home and abroad
• IT affinity, initiative, courage to be creative and interest in B2B marketing
