The Delivery Unit E³ 1.1 has the full economic responsibility over the entire life cycle of the E³ architectures from requirements to release to field support. Your task
include the coordination of customer needs, the commissioning of the Tech Centers with the development of products, holistic monitoring of project progress and resolution of goal conflicts. The Delivery Unit is the defined interface to the series of the brands. The ideal candidate will add: Experience in the Volkswagen Group.
- Build a scaled agile software development organization for distributed agile development teams, based on the SAFe framework
- Prepare & facilitate the PI planning events in cooperation with RTEs and L2 Sys. Leads, summarize program PI objectives into Solution PI Objectives and publish them for visibility & transparency and communicate with brands
- Manage risks and dependencies, escalate and track impediments
- Responsible for all aspects of the solution: plan, detail, track, manage and execute software engineering activities for solution Result-, quality- and budget- responsibility
- Coordinate cross domain team to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Creation/coordination of milestone plan, Verbundplan and Intergration plan with brand partners
- Bachelor degree or above in the field of software development, engineering, business informatics or comparable studies
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry or in consulting with in-depth knowledge of hardware/software/electronics development
- Understanding of development processes ("classic" and "agile"), portfolio management and financial processes
- Professional experiences in development and approval processes within the automotive industry
- Agile mindset and servant leader skills combined with strong communication and facilitating skills
- Strong problem-solving skills as well as communication skills in German and English
