Your Tasks

Central point of contact among team members, agency and other external partners
Coordination of administrative daily tasks like calendars maintenance, worktime and vacation administration, travel management, scheduling meetings, preparing meetings, booking rooms, creating agendas and PowerPoint presentations
Management of marketing budgets in SAP and processing of invoices and purchase orders and marketing budget tracking
Organizational support and preparation of the teams at and for presentations, events, workshops, trainings and working sessions
Office management, office supply, inventory, setting up the workstations for new starters
Collaboration with and substitution of other Team Assistants
Support with other tasks as they arise

Your Profile

Commercial education and first years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment in a similar field
Fluent in English and German written and spoken required (good other languages of advantage)
Have strong interpersonal skills and self-confident appearance. You can deal with ambiguity resilient, and are also able to work under pressure
Confident handling of all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of SAP, BI or other reporting tools desirable
Very good communication skills
Strong systematic, reliable, and independent working style
Team oriented, open and caring personality, international mindset
Comfortable with technology and able to organize physical and virtual workshops/offsites
Good know-how on tools like MS Teams/break-out rooms, Yammer, Project boards would be an added advantage
