Location: Munich preffered, other Siemens locations in Europe and USA possible

As Senior Project Manager (f/m/d) P&O Business Projects you will closely collaborate with the Siemens (P&O) businesses. You will steer exciting strategic workforce transformation projects from impact definition to implementation. In particular, you will

• be responsible to set up, structure, and steer the execution of workforce transformation projects according to our globally defined concepts and tools
• enable the business owner to translate business strategy into people-related organization development and strategy, and help him/her define a compelling narrative for change
• ensure that the organizational perspective is closely interlocked with the people perspective
• orchestrate the ecosystem of key stakeholders incl. business, P&O, and contributors/ service providers
• leverage data to design all efforts for maximum impact
• collaborate closely with your respective colleagues to identify and address interdependencies with other ongoing transformational efforts
• lead several workforce and organizational transformation project teams and coach the team members, living our spirit of strengths-based dialogue
• support global P&O product owners in further developing our concepts and tools based on lessons learned.
