How You’ll Make an Impact

• Conducting win-loss analysis to identify key factors, trends and patterns influencing deal outcomes
• Setting up at GT Win/ Loss community
• Preparing analytical reports for our GT and GT S Management
• Explore additional sustainable value-pricing propositions
• Participating in strategic discussions and providing guidance on business outcome related matters to support the company's growth objectives

What You Bring

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Long term experience in pricing strategy, sales, or business analysis, preferably within the energy or technology sector
• Proven experience with our CRM system Salesforce
• Creative thinking, the ability of reframing and strong skills in strategical thinking
• Strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions
• Knowledge of pricing methodologies, along with a solid understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), proficiency in data analytics software is a plus
• Very good English skills, proficiency in other languages is a plus
