RESPONSIBILITIES

As Head of Marketing & Product Management, you will open the way to new applications and markets for a unique high-tech product. Together with your team of marketing and product managers, you will exploit the full disruption potential of our solution and open up new opportunities.

• You will analyze existing and new sales markets, touchpoints and the product-related needs of the target groups in order to create a positive customer experience and incorporate customer needs into product development.
• With regard to marketing strategies, you will develop the roadmap for achieving goals using the entire marketing mix (product, price, promotion and placement strategy).
• You will also be responsible for budgeting, ensure project management and control and adjust this with the help of a success review.
• Last but not least, you will develop the market differentiation and positioning strategy on an international level based on your market and competitor analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS

• several years of professional experience in an equivalent position in a tech company as well as relevant achievements
• successfully completed studies in the field of marketing or a comparable qualification
• real leader with high goals, convincing appearance and motivator of the team
• analytical-strategic skillset, where they can simultaneously operationalize and implement results-oriented decisions
• fluent in German and English
