Key aspects of this role will include:

• Setting up and managing a brand-new membership operations team at C&A
• Collaborating cross-functionally to solve issues related to campaign or programme functionalities
• Continuously optimizing operative processes and defining clear incident processes
• Managing information flow on new campaigns and programme features towards training, stores, and customer services
• Facilitating the transfer of best practices, learnings, and no-goes to execute the programme and campaigns at the POS to optimize the customer experience, new customer acquisition, and engagement

We would love to speak to those with a blend of some or all the following:

• Extensive understanding of customer loyalty and membership programs
• Demonstrated track record of success in membership operations in an omnichannel environment (including in-store and e-commerce)
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Sound comprehension of process and project management
