We are currently recruiting a Junior Brand Manager for Womanizer within the Global Brand Marketing team who will be integral to driving high-level performance across the Lovehoney Group.
- Assist in the development and ongoing updates of brand strategy, contributing to research and data analysis for marketing goals and brand values
- Support the implementation of go-to-market plans for product launches, aiding in tasks ranging from concept development to cross-departmental coordination
- Manage the end-to-end process of global product launches, focusing on specific elements like packaging development or online promotion
- Act as a liaison for cross-functional project management, supporting internal teams like design, content, and marketing to develop campaign assets
- Assist in the planning and tracking of brand activation and marketing budgets, helping to monitor ROI and alignment with strategic objectives
- Contribute to the development of partnerships and collaborations in the B2C sector, performing tasks such as market research and initial outreach for potential licensing agreements
- Hold a degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field, and ideally have initial experience in consumer-focused industries like consumer goods, wellness, or health
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with external agencies and freelancers, ideally substantiating a track record of successful campaigns or projects
- Strong project management skills, paired with excellent communication abilities, are essential for coordinating among various stakeholders and ensuring project success
- Display a structured and growth-oriented mindset, capable of quickly taking ownership of projects, adapting to changing needs, and focusing on continuous improvement
- Exhibit a self-accountable and creative approach, complemented by robust problem-solving skills, which is crucial for both strategy formulation and overcoming challenges
