Your Profile

• Experience: Several years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Developer, particularly with projects in the German market.
• Way of Working: Independent, and team-oriented.
• Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficient in giving and receiving feedback
  • Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills
• Communication: Clear, transparent, and goal-oriented communication skills in project work.
• Language: Fluency in German is a must.

Before you start working on our projects, we will provide an exceptional in-house training programme tailored for you. Our comprehensive programme will provide you with the necessary knowledge of renewable energy technology, the relevant planning and approval processes and other regulatory and legal requirements specific to renewable energy generation. We invest in your development to ensure your success in the role.

Your Tasks
As a Project Developer within the renewable energy generation industry, you will play a key role in advancing sustainable energy initiatives in Germany. Your primary responsibility will be to manage renewable energy projects from conception to the point of construction readiness. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will design renewable energy generation concepts, provide input on relevant plans, and ensure the preparation of all necessary documents for the approval process.

• Development of projects from analysis to preparation of decision documents for investment decisions and handover to the construction team.
• Management and coordination of the interdisciplinary project team and external service providers as well as interaction with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. landowners, approval authorities, municipalities, politicians).
• Management and optimisation of project budgets, objectives, timetables and performance of assigned development projects.
• Working closely with valuation, commercial and engineering teams to optimise project economics.
• Carrying out market analyses in the energy sector and identifying cooperation and project opportunities.
