Propulsion System Engineer (w/m/d)

Location: Ulm

Start: ab sofort

Tasks:

Create and follow the requirements definition and traceability for Vehicle Propulsion Systems.
Develop system architectures, conduct quality reviews, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
Design and define system functions in accordance with Vehicle Functions, considering aspects such as functionality, quality, reliability, and safety.
Drive product development based on V-Cycle processes and relevant EU norms and standards.
Utilize up-to-date methods and tools to structure and explain complex issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of program milestones and engineering gateways.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, or a related field.
Some years of experience in project engineering; automotive experience preferred.
Good understanding of system/component design/development processes.
Knowledge of System Engineering (INCOSE) principles is a plus.
Highly motivated individual contributor, comfortable working in a start-up environment.
Strong communication skills in English; German and/or Italian is a plus.
