As the Content Marketing and Social Media Manager, you'll use your writing abilities to help build our voice across multiple mediums. Together with the marketing team, you will educate and engage prospects, customers, and partners and amplify ChartMogul's thought leadership with the world.
You’ll work closely with the team to execute content plans that increase web traffic, drive conversions, and delight our audience. You will be responsible for developing blogs, customer case studies, press releases, and thought leadership articles. You’ll also manage ChartMogul’s social media accounts, navigating conversations with our audience and identifying new conversations for us to engage in.
As Content Marketing and Social Media Manager, you will
- Research, write, develop, edit, and publish content that engages our target personas and provides real insight and education, in partnership with our in-house experts
- Develop content across multiple mediums from long-form writing to short-form posts, video scripts to infographics
- Own the development of the social media marketing strategy and manage the social media calendar
- Create and schedule posts on the company’s social media channels, and report on key engagement metrics and opportunities for optimization
- Engage directly with our community, representing ChartMogul on discussion boards like Quora and Reddit
- Contribute to our SEO strategy to drive search traffic to key relevant resources
- Edit and polish existing content to improve readability, engagement, and traffic

What we're looking for
- Native-level spoken and written English with exemplary writing and editing skills, in both short and long-form
- Proven experience working in content marketing and a passion for the startup ecosystem, preferably B2B SaaS
- A storyteller that communicates with confidence and passion to engage, teach and bring the audience on a journey
- Ability to understand technical and complex concepts and distill them in a clear and simple way for a wide audience
- Familiarity with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends, developments, and best practices
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and web analytics tools, is a plus.
- Understanding of best practices in PR & communications is a plus

- Our compensation range for this role is 43,000 - 63,000 EUR annually. Final offers are adjusted depending on experience
