Talent Acquisition Manager in Frankfurt am Main bei NTT Global Data Centers EMEA GmbH

In this role as our Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) you will be part of our highly motivated Talent Acquisition, Learning and Talent Development Team within Human Resources. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting processes partnering with different departments and being involved in Talent-related projects within the EMEA-region. This role could be located in Hemel Hempstead or Frankfurt am Main.

Your responsibilities

• Managing the regional recruiting process end-to-end (from initial vacancy briefing, identification of suitable recruiting channels, interviews, candidate selection, offer negotiation and approval)
• Definition of the future talent sourcing strategy, including prioritization of recruiting channels and methods as well as strategic partnerships and external service providers
• Designing and constantly improving a best-in-class candidate experience and talent relationship management
• Partnering with the HR Business Partners and the business, anticipating the needs and understanding the market as key to success
• Stay current and informed about industry best practices including new and innovative Talent Acquisition strategies and technologies
• Actively participate in Talent-related projects within the wider HR department as applicable

Your profile

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / Headhunting in an international environment, ideally in critical infrastructure
• Experience in recruiting technical professionals and experts in engineering, IT and construction and high-volume recruiting
• Proven track record of implementing data-driven recruiting strategies and initiatives
• Personal ambition in advancing industry best practices, including new and innovative talent acquisition and employer branding measures and technologies
• Hands-on approach comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing international environment
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels
• Previous experience with SAP SF and/or Workday
• Excellent communication skills in English and ideally in German
