As our Director of People & Culture, you drive the people strategy that enables InnoGames' mission to make great games for our players - with high-quality virtual worlds that link millions of people around the world. You lead the change processes to enhance company performance management, talent development, and employee engagement. Together with your team of more than 9 HR specialists, you will be responsible for promoting diversity and inclusion, ensuring excellence in HR operations, fostering knowledge sharing across departments, and enhancing InnoGames' employer brand to attract top talent.

- Elevate our talent development and performance management strategies to the next level by extending the focus onto the whole employee lifecycle.
- Work with the leadership team to shape a culture of trust, inclusion, and accountability.
- Be a trusted strategic partner, advisor, and coach to the leaders in the organization regarding their own development and the development of their teams.
- Ensure effective execution of a people strategy that supports InnoGames' hybrid workforce, drives high employee retention, and promotes diversity and inclusion.
- Lead a team that embodies full commitment as well as a fun and positive work environment while being hands-on involved in our running HR operations, initiatives, and projects yourself.
- Foster knowledge sharing within and across teams.
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations and processes to support current and future business needs.

Your skill set
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Previous hands-on experience in HR
- High business acumen and ability to quickly understand complex problems
- Strong track record in driving talent development initiatives
- Confident in driving change management of varying scale
- Solid understanding of German labor law and social systems
- Strong English communication skills both in writing and speaking
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
