Your role and responsibilities

You monitor the status of orders.
You will ensure that customer and colleague concerns are resolved and provide support when escalation is necessary.
You ensure a positive customer experience, keep customers informed and resolve ambiguities.
You monitor the entire process and trends relating to inquiries and identify potential for improvement.
You take care of data maintenance and create relevant evaluations for sales.

Qualifications for the role

• Professional experience or training in a sales-related or technical field
• Basic knowledge and experience in customer service
• A team-oriented, solution-oriented way of working as well as very good written and oral communication skills in German
• English language skills are an advantage
