Your Talent:

• Enrolled student in business administration or communications
• Curiosity in various IT topics and interest to make these attractive for our non-IT native audience
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Experience in video editing is a win
• Working on-site at our headquarters as remote work is not possible for this position
• Fluent in English
• Starting date: 01.10.2024 or later; duration: 6 months

Your Mission:

• Improve the look and feel of IT Infrastructure communication to the end user
• Support development of communication, adoption and rollout campaigns in IT landscape
• Creation of videos, flyers and one-pagers for various IT Infrastructure services
• Developing training materials
• Preparations of go-lives, presentations and reports
• Standardize IT Infrastructure documentation and operation guides
• Collaboration in IT projects
