What part will you play?
This is what your new role will look like:
- Owning closing, forecasting and reporting process for entire business segment
- Leading global segment planning and budget process and driving financial transparency
- Supporting segment initiatives and special projects
- Pro-active management of financials to ensure FC accuracy and to meet long-term business commitment
- Analyzing deviations and defining measurements in close cooperation with collaborators worldwide
- Being a partner to develop new business models and business strategy
- Continuously enhancing and improving reporting processes and reporting landscape through digitalization and automation
- Segment representative in upper management meetings and finance community
What you need to make real what matters.
- University degree in accounting or finance or a related field
- Longterm experience in performance and financial controlling, technical accounting as well as process improvement required
- Financial background in technology and/or manufacturing industry required as well as understanding of industrial automation systems
- Deep know-how about the needs for service of our industrial customers
- Experience in strategic business development and operational sales
- Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office and digitalization tools
- Ability to perform independently, effectively and with attention to detail
- Interest in continuous learning with a hands-on mentality
- Great teammate with a proactive attitude and extraordinary analytical as well as communication skills
- Proficient in English
