About the role:
The Corporate Support Working Student will play a pivotal role within the Corporate Support team, offering essential assistance to the CEO and various corporate departments. This position involves facilitating the implementation of strategic initiatives across diverse business areas. We seek an individual with a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong problem-solving ability.
Your tasks:
- Assisting the CEO: Providing direct assistance to the CEO in various administrative and strategic matters. This may involve scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information.
- Collaborating with Corporate Teams: Working closely with different corporate teams (such as Finance, Legal, and Marketing) to facilitate cross-functional initiatives. You’ll be the bridge between these teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Strategy Execution: Contributing to the execution of corporate strategies across diverse business areas. This could involve analysing market trends, conducting research, and proposing actionable recommendations.
- Problem-Solving: Identifying challenges and proposing solutions. As a strategic-minded individual, you’ll need to think critically and creatively to address complex issues.
- Interpersonal Skills: Building strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners. Effective communication and collaboration are essential.
- Data Analysis: Assisting in data collection, analysis, and presentation. You’ll work with Excel, databases, and other tools to extract meaningful insights.
- Project Support: Supporting ongoing projects within the Corporate Support function. This may include project management tasks, coordination, and reporting.
Your profile:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business and Administration or a related field.
- Knowledge in Finance and Accounting is desirable.
- Advance English required. Additional skills in Spanish are highly valued. German is a big plus.
- Demonstrates a willingness to consider different perspectives and adapt to new challenges.
- Committed to putting in the effort required to achieve goals.
- Well-organized and able to manage tasks efficiently.
