About the team:
The Global Sponsorships Team provides the necessary tools for successful planning and implementation of various sponsorships. One of the main goals of the SAP Sponsorships team is to showcase our products in other environments and industries, e.g., in the sports Industry. In addition, the sponsorship activities bring the SAP software close to the end users, e.g., in a sports club, directly to the fans. And obviously, sponsorships provide an excellent platform to strengthen SAP’s brand, due to a huge reach in media coverage. Within our highly motivated team, we practice a trust-based working model.

In this role, you’ll:
We are looking for a self-driven and highly motivated working student for our Sponsorships team in Walldorf to support with sponsorship and event coordination-related operations and communications.
Support is needed for the organization of sport specific Marketing campaigns.
Your tasks will include:
- Internal ticket Management for events of our sponsoring partners.
- Maintenance and preparation of (internal) communication material.
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Sports Management
- Computer skills: excellent PC proficiency and knowledge of business software applications e.g., MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and Adobe Photoshop Basics; knowledge of additional program for statistical analysis would be an advantage
- Language skills: Excellent communication skills in German (fluent) and English, both written and spoken
- Soft skills: Passionate team player, self-directed, deadline-driven with ability to work as part of a larger virtual team, open-minded personality, and high level of creativity
- Others: Strong hands-on project management experience would be a plus, theoretical, and practical knowledge in the area of sports communication, interested in general sports

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
