Your role and responsibilities

Expand existing business by investigating new and existing market potential, thus developing the area to ensure long term growth of order income, and developing profitable sales revenues Development & regular update of sales and marketing strategy for target products and target customers. Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers Proactively establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering and align to provide a solution Liaise with the proposals team to ensure quotations & supporting material relative to the activity are produced in a timely & customer focused manner Forecast sales activity Analyze variances to budget and identify actions to remedy any shortfall. Expert support for our front-end sales team

Qualifications for the role

• Successfully completed studies in chemistry, physics, electrical engineering, or process engineering. Alternatively, a vocational degree as a technician
• Senior sales & business development experience with a proven track record in process analytics (PAT) e.g. in water & waste water, utility, chemical and other process industries in Germany and Switzerland
• Deep knowledge and experience in Colorimetric and Ion selective monitors, Turbidity & Suspended Solids, Conductivity, pH, Dissolved Oxygen, Sodium, and others
• Fluent written and spoken German and English, French would be an advantage
• Good IT skills, particularly MS Office suite, CRM tools
• Driving license
