Die Aufgabe:

Management, expansion and development of foreign markets and sales partners within a specific geographical territory
Development and expansion of new markets and target groups
Complete analyses of the markets and competition monitoring to identify future trends
Complete quarterly, yearly and budget talks as well as independently planning and controlling of the national budget
Implementation of the sales strategy as well as the strategies for the countries
Responsible for the management and further development of the national sales managers in the assigned countries, with focus on the management guidelines of the Wacker Neuson Group

Ihr Profil:

Degree in engineering, business engineering or economics or comparable training
Professional experience in the field of sales of capital goods
Excellent knowledge in the fields of market penetration and market development
Experience in developing and implementing strategies
Experience in management preferred
You are someone with good communication skills who motivates your team members and values them whilst acting as a professional coach and mentor
