As Intern - Training Support for Engineering & Technology (d/f/m), you will be responsible for:
Learning Management System Support: Collaborating with employees and trainers to provide friendly and timely assistance in navigating our competency management program software. Responding to routine questions and troubleshoot minor issues to enhance user experience.
Training Coordination: Assisting in organizing and coordinating training sessions by sending out invitations and reminders to participants. Be an integral part of ensuring successful training logistics.
Excel Assistance: Supporting the training team by updating and maintaining employee data. Ensuring data accuracy to facilitate smooth training operations.
Creative Presentation Support: Working closely with training managers to help prepare engaging and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for various training modules. Contributing to creating interactive and effective learning materials.
Training Session Assistance: Participating in the preparation and execution of training sessions. Ensuring necessary resources are available and assist trainers during the sessions.
Administrative Support: Providing support with various administrative tasks related to training initiatives, such as scheduling meetings, organizing training resources, and maintaining attendance records.
Process Improvement: Contributing fresh ideas and suggestions to improve training processes and materials. Your input and creativity are highly valued!

To be successful in this role you will have:
Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
Have deep communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
Have an interest in technology, training, and learning management systems.
Have good attention to detail and organizational skills to assist with data management and training coordination.
Have creativity and an eye for design to contribute PowerPoint presentations and training materials.
Have the ability to work collaboratively with team members and support various stakeholders.
Have experience in training coordination or technical support is advantageous but not mandatory.
Have a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
